Cheezy Mexican Chili Mac (It's Vegan!)

- 2 cups macaroni noodles
- 2 cups Simple Truth Meatless Crumbles (or other similar product)
- 2 Tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning
- ⅛ cup water
- Nacho Cheese from Hot for Food Blog (link above)
- Olive oil
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- Saute crumbles over medium high heat in a little oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning and water, stir, and continue to cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces.
- Add cooked macaroni and nacho cheese and stir. Cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
