The 7 Day Body Vacation Juice Recipes

Breakfast Juice Options

There are three breakfast juice options listed here, but don’t let them limit you. If you prefer other fruits and combinations, go with what you love. Just make sure that you are fresh fruits and vegetables, or fresh-squeezed 100% juices.

Let The Sunshine In

Let The Sunshine In Juice

  • 1 grapefruit (peeled)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 oranges (peeled)
  • 1” piece of ginger
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (may substitute apple)
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces

 

Cherry Limeade (very light)

  • 1 cup apple or pineapple juice
  • 3 red apples
  • 1 cups cherries (pitted)
  • 2 limes (peeled)
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces

Morning Refresher

  • 1 cup pineapple or apple juice
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cups spinach (packed)
  • 1 lime (peeled)
  • 1 stalk organic celery
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces

Lunch & Dinner Juice Options

I have given you four juice options for lunch and dinner, but again, don’t let them limit you. If you have an allergy, ask for an alternate recipe in the Facebook group. Please note though, that “I don’t like beets” isn’t a good enough excuse. They are an important part of the process, so you need to include them unless I have given you the choice.

Blood Booster

Blood Booster Juice

  • 2 medium apples
  • 2 beets (peeling them will eliminate some of that “earthy” flavor)
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 stalk organic celery
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces

 

Tomato Soup

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach (packed)
  • 1/2 medium sweet pepper (stem and seeds removed)
  • ¼ sweet onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces

Green Protein

  • 4-6 kale leaves
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lime (peeled)
  • 4 stalks organic celery
  • 2 cups spinach (packed)
  • 1” piece of ginger
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces

V7 Plus

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 medium sweet pepper (stem and seeds removed)
  • ¼ beet (peeling will eliminate some of that “earthy” flavor)
  • 3 stalks organic celery
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 cup spinach (packed)
  • handful parsley (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • water as needed to make 32 ounces
