If you are like the majority of people at this point, you will wake up energized and feeling pretty darned good today.

Today’s Food Plan

 

Upon waking, juice half a lemon into a coffee mug and fill the mug with warm water. Drink.

 

Breakfast

Mid-Morning

  • 16-24 ounce water

Lunch

Mid-Afternoon

  • 16-24 ounce water

Dinner

Evening

After dinner, don’t eat anything and don’t drink anything other than water or herbal tea.

What to expect on Day 5

Higher energy, with less of a desire to cause Michael severe physical harm.
