Upon waking, juice half a lemon into a coffee mug and fill the mug with warm water. Drink.
Breakfast
- 32 ounces of your choice of breakfast juices
Mid-Morning
- 16-24 ounce water
Lunch
- 32 ounces of your choice of lunch & dinner juices
Mid-Afternoon
- 16-24 ounce water
Dinner
- 32 ounces of your choice of lunch & dinner juices
Evening
After dinner, don’t eat anything and don’t drink anything other than water or herbal tea.
What to expect on Day 5
Higher energy, with less of a desire to cause Michael severe physical harm.
