As you enjoy your lunch juice today, you will be celebrating the midway point of your body vacation. Now before you start calling me things you wouldn’t say in front of my dear, departed Granny, I want to tell you that the worst is over. From this point you will begin to feel lighter, and you will likely have more energy – without caffeine.

So without further ado, let’s get to it!

Today’s Food Plan

 

Upon waking, juice half a lemon into a coffee mug and fill the mug with warm water. Drink.

Breakfast

Let The Sunshine In Juice

Mid-Morning

  • 16-24 ounce water

Lunch

V7 Plus

Mid-Afternoon

  • 16-24 ounce water

Dinner

Evening

After dinner, don’t eat anything and don’t drink anything other than water or herbal tea.

What to expect on Day 4

Has your energy been a little down? Yeah, that happens. Your body has been adjusting to not getting what the mind tells you it wants. As the day moves on, don’t be afraid of taking an extra 16 ounce fruit juice along as a pick-me-up, but only if you really need it. First try a glass of water.
