After getting lots of requests for recipes over the years, I have finally decided to share my weekly menu with MEG readers. I make it a habit to plan household dinners several weeks in advance, often a month or longer. This gives me plenty of room for last-minute changes as well as adjusting the menu based on what I can find fresh and on sale.
Because our weekends are usually on-the-go, I only plan the menu for weekdays.
Dinner Menu for the Week of 5/27 – 5/31
- Monday: Honey Garlic Chicken (slow cooker)
Tuesday: Cheeseburger Macaroni
Wednesday: Southern-Style Vegetables
Pinto Beans, Turnip Greens, Pan-fried Potatoes, Cornbread
Friday: Chicken Tacos
with Mango-Avocado Salsa
